Cancellation Policy
At Musical Munchkins, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all, we have the following cancellation policy: Group Classes and Baby/Toddler Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a credit toward a future class or session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or credited. Private Lessons (Piano or Singing): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full fee being charged. Munchkin Parties: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your party booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, and 50% of the total fee will be charged. We strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and effort of our team. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full fee being charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
